My front breaks started giving problems about 200 miles into our 1300 mile journey to this heaven on earth (Destin). “I would give it 10 stars I could. We came to vacation in Destin and its March, and found out our AC was not working half way in the 12hrs drive. I was scrambling and found this place randomly on Google hoping we could get it fixed when arriving. Called Danny on a Saturday and he said come by on Monday and he'll figure something. I came Monday morning and met Andrew and he's very pleasant and so nice to work with. In an hour I was fixed and back to my vacation routine again. It turns out it was just low Freon, but Andrew helped rule out any leak or compressor problem. The fact that he met a new customer and immediately jumped on the work is amazing. I was luck to have found this place.”
“I called Tye to ask about a Pre-purchase inspection (PPI) after seeing a previous customer’s positive review. He explained the process, and the pricing, and answered a couple of questions I had. Within a few minutes he was able to check his schedule and we agreed on a date time.
When he arrived, he got right to work while asking me if there was anything specific I might be worried about.
He went through the diagnostic results and gave me some information about what it might be (kind of like the minimum issue that could cause that fault, vs closer to a worst case scenario) just for general information, which was very helpful because it gives you an idea of what you might really be getting into.
After that, he started giving the engine a look, and the information he provided with “what’s what” and “why is why” was an absolute difference maker. He was very thorough and he explained everything in very simple ways.
I’m absolutely grateful that he was able to help us out. If you’re in the market for any car at any point, I STRONGLY recommend having Tye inspect the car- It’s more than worth it.”

“My house is 20 years old and I knew a few of my windows needed to be replaced. I was not sure if the rest of my windows were good or I needed to have all of them replaced due to age. They inspected every window and made sure they are all in good working order. Once the new windows arrived, the install crew was extremely courteous and efficient. They made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend them for any of your glass needs!”
