“We were in Destin on vacation from Texas. We started having problems with our truck, and being away from home, we were honestly a little stressed and unsure of what to do. We stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts, and that’s where we met Garrett. Garrett was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help us. He took the time to listen to our concerns, help us figure out what was going on with the truck, and made sure we understood everything. His customer service was above and beyond what we expected. It’s people like Garrett who can turn a stressful situation into a much easier experience. We are so grateful for his help, especially while we were on vacation and far from home. Thank you, Garrett, for being so helpful and for taking such great care of us! O’Reilly is lucky to have someone like you on their team.”

“Nate and Matt at NAPA were exceptional today when we were 15 hours away from home and needed not only a part but tools to do the job! We came up to Destin Florida from Iowa for my daughters senior trip and 9 hrs into our 14 hour drive our brakes messed up. Found out we needed to replace our vacuum pump. Not only did the guys at NAPA price match our pump for us but they were extremely kind and willing to help us in any way they could and very understanding of us being so far from home with nothing to do the job. We can't thank you enough! You saved my daughters senior trip and helped us get our vehicle back on the road.”
