I had bought a couple different types of fuses at advance auto parts in the past Although they didn’t even ask where I bought them from they just immediately helped me put the right fuse in at no cost and wish me a good day. That treatment has created a loyal customer! Well done.”

“Good people. I just called them to replace my headlights. I was heading towards Georgia from Destin. At evening one of my car's headlight was not working. I went there and one of the staff came outside to check it. During check he realized it's only connection problem, light start working. He didn't charge anything and happy to help me. It helps me lot to return home safely. Thank you.”
“Nate and Matt at NAPA were exceptional today when we were 15 hours away from home and needed not only a part but tools to do the job! We came up to Destin Florida from Iowa for my daughters senior trip and 9 hrs into our 14 hour drive our brakes messed up. Found out we needed to replace our vacuum pump. Not only did the guys at NAPA price match our pump for us but they were extremely kind and willing to help us in any way they could and very understanding of us being so far from home with nothing to do the job. “Store manager Aurora @ 1218 was my savior i ran over a curb knocked the whole Bottom cover of my engine loose. With no hesitation She came out and ty wrapped it back enough so I can make it home. I was feeling destitute and Didn’t know what I was gonna do, but thanks to Aurora being the amazing manager that she is I was able to make it home. Thanks again for going over and beyond. she deserves a raise. Great customer service”
