“I cannot say enough great things about the team at SmartBank in Destin. Charleen, Xio, and Tammy consistently go above and beyond with their service. Every visit starts with a warm welcome and genuine willingness to help, which makes a noticeable difference. Our company has been banking here for some time, and their team played a key role in making our transition smooth and stress free. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and truly care about their clients. If you are looking for a bank with exceptional customer service and a team you can trust, I highly recommend this location.”

“Came through the drive-through and the man was very nice, very polite and extremely fast. My local branch in Navarre usually takes forever whenever I make a cash deposit and he didn't complain about the amount of ones I gave him like my other Local branch does either which I appreciate”

“Great bank. We've been in business with centennial for more than a decade since Arkansas. We move in to Panhandle Florida. I wish they've a branch closer to our home in Holmes County, like Defuniak Springs or Chipley Florida. So that I don't have to drive over an hour to go to the bank.”

“After driving 1.5h to this branch, the closest one to where I live, turns out the whole system was down. It was not their fault so there is no reason to be unreasonable. The team was very polite, informative and Esmeralda did a great job showing me how to do what I needed to get done from my cell phone. Thanks guys. Hope you all have a great day!”

“Big shout out to Mark, I really wanted to give this bank a 1 star but Mark call me this morning and after my 3rd trip with the same documents that I had on the 1st and 2nd trip. I was wrongly inform on both times in regards to changing the name on my business account just because she was being lazy or just don’t want to deal with me. Thanks again Mark”

“Have been with this bank for 25 years starting with People’s First, Destin, Hancock and now Hancock Whitney for my business Emerald Coast Motor Cars in Destin. They still have a lot of old school customer service that smaller banks provide to us locals. They are struggling with staffing issues and pandemic restrictions so be understanding with their service in today’s crazy world. Will be a customer with them forever.Stan Hall”

“Trying to get a problem solved after speaking to some clueless employees on the phone, we decided to go into our local bank (6miles). Went in waited a few minutes and was told there was no banker working today. Had to go to the Wells Fargo in Destin (17 miles) and if you have never driven in Destin on a Friday a.m. and raining, it takes a long time to go 17 miles. Finally arriving at our destination, we explained our problem to a young man, who informed us to have a seat and wait for a banker. While waiting a very nice young man, Jon Adams, came over to talk to us. We explained our problem and he told us he was waiting for an appointment but would assist us by explaining our dilemma to the banker that would be helping us. He did so and we were directed to Mark Campbell. To make a long story short, Mark solved our problem. A compliment to them both for their professionalism and knowledge unlike the no nothings on the phone. They are an asset to Wells Fargo.”
