“Big shout out to Mark, I really wanted to give this bank a 1 star but Mark call me this morning and after my 3rd trip with the same documents that I had on the 1st and 2nd trip. I was wrongly inform on both times in regards to changing the name on my business account just because she was being lazy or just don’t want to deal with me. Thanks again Mark”

“Have been with this bank for 25 years starting with People’s First, Destin, Hancock and now Hancock Whitney for my business Emerald Coast Motor Cars in Destin. They still have a lot of old school customer service that smaller banks provide to us locals. They are struggling with staffing issues and pandemic restrictions so be understanding with their service in today’s crazy world. Will be a customer with them forever.Stan Hall”
