Sunny was an absolute delight as soon as we walked in. It was like shopping with your favorite cousin you don’t see often. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and her genuine warm personality made the experience even more special for both me and my daughter. We need more customer service professionals like Sunny. I’ll be recommending this location to everyone and can’t wait to come back!

She didn’t care if it was a clearance item or a full price. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you very much for an employee like her !! Sunnie Deserves to be the best employee!!

Great styles for great prices. With the military discount, I prefer their shoes over Johnston & Murphy, since they don’t do military discounts.

Very rude sales woman. We asked how much some shoes were, then she yanked them out of my husband’s hand and put them up. Then told us to go look at the cheap stuff in the back. This was late afternoon on 7-19-25.

Very poor customer service by the manager. When asking basic questions like what is the price for the shoes he rudely responded indicating that it can be found at the bottom of the shoe rather than showing me and explaining the sale. We have been shopping there for several years buying shoes and leather goods on each visit we will not be returning.

Very rude staff. Based if they helped you on how you looked or dressed and if they felt you had money. I am on vacation it’s in a beach town I am not going to dress like I am in a large city. The shoes were well priced and good quality though.

Decent sale, attentive service, the shoes looked great and felt comfortable, HOWEVER, the first day I wore the pair, the inside of the shoes peeled. Black peels everywhere. It was completely gross... I am terrifies to wear the second new pair.

BLUF: I will never do bussiness with these people again - and would advise anyone in the military to do the same.Story time! I was looking at a pair of $120 boots, and was between a size 13 (what I normally wear) and a size 12. I debated this for about 20-25 minutes in the store, before the sales associate told me to get the size 12, as the leather would conform to my foot. When I told him I didn't feel comfortbale buying a shoe a size too small, he assured me he would let me swap it for the size up if I did not like the fit of the shoe.Fast forward a week, and the shoe did not break in. I wore it around my house for a week, and it became painful (obviously). But when I went to exchange them for the size up, the lady at the store said I "could not exchange a worn shoe"... She even told me I could just buy (again) the larger size, in store. Sick!Guess I'm just out $120. Good thing I'm literally rolling around in the vast amounts of money that I'm paid by our generous government, thanks to this super strong economy we're in (sarcasm).In a world full of liars, this place is just another corrupt bussiness. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, and give it to people who actually respect you.
