Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village is an amazing and fabulous place for a stay. The rooms are extremely nice, with plenty of room, and are described as heaven. Guests enjoy enormous multi-bedroom places with great views. The location is very convenient, being on the premises to the harbor walk area with easy access to shops and nearby restaurants. Walkability is enjoyable and fun. The hotel staff, including the front entrance, bellman, housekeeping, and doormen, are very attentive, kind, polite, professional, and good spirited. Specific staff members provided wonderful, patient, and very attentive service, helping with luggage and tickets. Nearby activities are plentiful, with easy access to a hot tub, spa, exercise room, and beach shuttle to a private white sand beach. The food and drinks are great, with lots to enjoy. Safety is no worry. Many guests highlight they didn't have to leave the property for anything and state they would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
Good time, I just went to have an alcoholic pineapple drink for my birthday from Azul Mexican Fusion. It was my first time having one, and it was great.

Overall it was a nice hotel with nice views and lots to do....we did see a roach on the last night though.

Fabulous place!! Andrew (Tran) is awesome! He’s so personable and great at his job! We loved having him as our baggage carrier ????????
