Both associates who helped me were very friendly and the store had plenty of options to choose from. I ended up returning my purchase the next day, but the gentleman who assisted me with the return was extremely pleasant and understanding. Great customer service makes all the difference and this store delivered.

It is wayyyyy too hot in the store. My husband had used his thermostat app and it was 88 degrees, I could barely breathe. I feel so bad for the poor workers, the air conditioning needs to be fixed.

Best stop for our girls trip! We had an amazing time with wonderful help from Mara! We finally got our matching shoes we have been wanting for months, and Mara got us signed up for the Journeys program for a coupon to use on our shoes! Loved her and the rest of the employees, what a great team!

I went into this journeys to get a pair of Birkenstocks. I was fully intending to purchase them there and had the pair I needed my size in. All three employees they had in this location not only neglected to even acknowledge me, but continued to stand in a group and gossip and chat. I stood in the store looking at them for a good 6 minutes till anyone even acknowledged I was even in the store. I say all of this as a retail worker so I get things coming up and being busy, but neglecting customers to gossip and chat is just bad business and customer service. I went ahead and got my shoes at merrell.

Thanks for placing a be back soon sign in the front window during open hours. “Soon” wasn’t in the 30 minute window we tried to shop here, killing time and waiting.

One of the workers was very sweet and helped us find what may have been our size. When they both didn't fit, we asked the other employee if it could be possible to get a smaller size. She "went to the back" but I literally saw her barely walk in and do a 180 turn. She stated they had nothing in a condescending tone but I know for a fact she didn't even look. The other employee came back and asked if they worked, and after explaining that they were too big, she offered us to get the smaller sizes (the sizes the second employee said they didn't have). We politely declined. I'm not giving business to a store whose employees lie and are rude. There was no reason to act like such. As a retail worker, I know how employees should be treated and we were very kind to them, so there was no reason for that behavior. The three stars are for the kind young lady who helped us first, I wish I knew her name, and the state of the store, which was clean and had a great selection for the size.

If I could give the employees a rating of zero stars, I would. We were the only ones in there at about 3:00 today. There were 3 employees and none of them acted like we had stepped into the store. All they could talk about, amongst each other (and not very quietly may I add), was that one of their friends was cheating on someone else and a bunch of drama. Not even a hello? Welcome in? Can I help you with anything? Zero customer skills whatsoever. Very disappointing. The stock of the shoes were great though.

Always helpful, clean and they don't close earlier than the outlets as a while like some stores are. However, not a whole lot of options and what we wanted, we couldn't even get online from them
