This store was fantastic!! The gentleman who helped my husband and I was very welcoming and friendly. We had a much better experience here after a terrible experience at Coach. Come to this store, leave Coach for the snobs!

I brought in a purse and a wallet for repair not knowing there is a year's warranty on items. The sales clerk was so very nice, even attempting the zipper repair herself.
