“So I'm walking around hearing this god-awful Taylor Swift music being played at this outdoor mall. Then I hear Slipknot being played from the Grunt Style store. To save my ears, I go inside for a safe space to chill with the AC and great playlist of music. I ended up buying all kinds of stuff. Gage, the man with the luxurious red ginger beard, needs a raise just based on being in charge of the playlist. Gage was a pleasure to speak with.”

“I have been coming here for a little over a year and I absolutely love it! Great environment and so fun/challenging! Yesterday I took a class with Clarissa and it was one of the best classes I’ve ever had. She gives great pointers and corrections to help my technique and make sure I feel it in all the right places! She is so motivational and I always try to sign up when I see that she’s the instructor! If you get a chance to take a class with her, do it!!”

“I was in search for a laptop bag. I had been to a couple of the other outlets in the same Plaza but did not want to pay some of the prices that they were asking. I walked inside of Cole Haan and was immediately greeted by Juan. He definitely went over and Beyond to speak to me and find my needs. He made several suggestions of laptop bags. As I was looking through the bags he made sure to introduce me to one of the girls and showed me her bag. He also brought over Sunny to come and assist me. She was so friendly, and made sure she understood and listened to everything that I was looking for in a laptop bag. It was so pleasant as we were in another store previously and we were not even acknowledged. I felt like I was royalty or a celebrity showing up at the Cole Haan. He encouraged me to open the bag and pull out the paper so I can see how large it is. Sunny quickly showed me how to use several of the straps and how I can wear it in different fashions. She even modeled it for me so I had have a visual. My son wanted a vest while I was looking and they were so accommodating and made suggestions to the size and how he looked in it. We were so blown away with the service. The store was very clean and organized. You could tell that the management, Juan treated it like he owned the store. I brought the laptop bag to the counter thinking I was just going to pay for the one that was on the rack. Juan and sunny instantly brought me a brand new one that was completely wrapped up. I definitely did not expect it. It made me feel so honored to be treated the way I was. The prices were very reasonable. They had a 40% off discount as well as my son's military discount. I almost wanted to buy the whole store just because of the way the service made us feel. Thank you so much Sunny and Juan. I and certain people make negative reviews but I truly feel that when people deserve the positives that should be announced as well.”

“The BEST CUSTOMER Service I have ever received. The young lady was so kind and you could tell she loved clothes. She was excited to share her art with us. Because truly she was a clothing artist. She talked about how a skirt matched a couch and how fabulous the shoes were. Everything felt like love. She made the store a beautiful experience. Thank you soooo much!!”

“I came across EKKO in Destin Commons and instantly fell in love with the vibe. The women's section is full of bright, fun designs that are perfect for Florida. I especially appreciated the the dresses all have pockets (!!!!!!) and they fit true to size, which was great since I didn't try on the dress I purchased until I left town. The store layout is clean and easy to navigate, without over crowded racks. I had the chance to talk with the store manager, who told me that this is the first location in the US. EKKO is a Sri Lankan brand with shop locations there and in India. It was nice to think that I wasn't going to run into lots of people with the same dress as me, and totally a win for my teenage niece who was stoked to have a more unique dress. Whether you're local to Destin or just visiting, EKKO is totally worth a stop. I look forward to coming back on my next trip to Florida!”

“Absolutely love this store! Great variety of different styles, perfect mix of trendy and traditional. Different price points as well. My daughter and I look forward to shopping here when we are in town. There was one sales girl last summer that was absolutely amazing, I wish I could remember her name. She was very helpful and friendly. I just remember that she was from Louisiana.”

“Britney, Peyton, Whitney, and Nicole were OUTRAGEOUSLY AMAZING. I had my model moment and my first shopping spree to this extent and my experience couldn’t have been better. Their suggestions were magnificent, customer service, friendliness all top tier! Clothes shopping has always been my most dreaded activity so I never do it but they just made me feel so comfortable and checked on me making sure I wasn’t getting too overwhelmed. My grandmother came along and raved of their sweetness as well. She hasn’t bought herself bras in years she told me but walked out with 2 or 3 of the new cloud bras that she loves! Thank you again so much ladies! 🥰”

“My wife and I were very pleased with the exceptional customer service proviced by candice and her wealth of knowledge about the products. She made our experience in the store great from start to finish. We felt welcomed and there was never any pressure to buy. We went in with the intent to get my wife measured. Candice answered all the questions my wife had. She provided my wife with the comfort and knowledge to make a purchase. She was friendly and professional. We walked out with a purchase and new gained confidence of wife who is now wearing fitting bras. Highly recommend for any women needing a proper fitted bra. “OMGOODNESS! Milaidy (spelling?) worked tirelessly to suit me up with the perfect fit, sizes and wardrobe picks for any occasion after I’d lost a good deal of weight. They’re having a 50% off sale and I couldn’t have found the items she did bc the store seemed picked over. MILAIDY (sp?) is a ROCK STAR and sent me home with every piece of clothing needed to start over with a classic lasting new closet of clothes that I feel and look great in!!! She worked several hours with me as she served others as well and I left there with sooo many great casual and business pieces - ALL FOR AROUND $400.00!!!!!!! Gotta love a 50% off sale with a smart stylish sales associate❣️‼️ I’m beyond satisfied”

“I swing into Tory every summer to pick up my new sunglasses of choice. This is super fun and they most generally have a good selection. This year I couldn’t resist the 70% deal and got a purse too. The employees are always helpful and a few years ago they hooked me up with the text option. When the new catalog comes out they text it. I can buy from home in MO just by sending the pics back of what I’d like to know more about. They tell me the prices and sizes (if it’s shoes) available. I’ve done this several times. Bc at the outlets when it’s gone it’s gone and when we go at the end of the season a lot is picked over. Just ask when you’re in and you can get your personal shopper too! Parking is plenty. Hours are good. Go find yourself something pretty.”

“I love the White House Black market clothing! I got a great fit and lots of customer service. A lot of times if you find something you absolutely love and it's not in your size they can order it for you if you ask them to. They are very helpful when you're trying things on to bring you other sizes. Is excellent customer service here! The clothing is quality for what you pay for and it lasts! There is a handicapped entrance to the store. It is in the outside mall.”

“Busy day, always less than enough staff for the stores high foot traffic, the store frequently ends up a mess without enough people to follow up after the customer base. Not bad as far as being able to find the stuff your looking for overall though.”

“Despite the high prices, we buy Lacoste because it’s great quality and fits well. We have been back to this store repeatedly because Connie and Alicia are so awesome! Their customer service is unparalleled. Give these girls a raise, they deserve it! With love, the Crestview couple and Little Wayne 🐾♥🐾♥”

“I am a loyal Chico’s customer. I have been shopping at Chic’s for years. Today I went to the Destin Chico’s. I had a very unpleasant experience. We were not acknowledged at all as I am accustomed to at Chico’s. I had to ask for a dressing room, after choosing my items I could not check out. I had a gift card and she had issues using it. Then she asked if I really wanted to use it, well of course I did. I gave her ample time she kept saying something to the order of systems down or something to the effect. I left without anything and it simply was not the service you’d expect from a Chico’s.”
