I was from out of town and had to pick several pair and had a toddler with me and the beautiful wife and had her do many shoe checks for all of us. I haven’t shopped at vans for many years but Lily has now made me a returning guest. She was very patient with me with making choices. VERY friendly and knows her products. “We stopped in here after eating at McGuire's and weren't really expecting much, but this was probably one of my favorite shops I stopped at while on my trip to Destin. Lots of really great finds - from the outside it looks like mostly clothing, but they really have so much more than that! They have the best priced sea shells that I found (and I went to a lot of places). They also have a great selection of shells, beach decor, shark teeth, and more. Lots of unique items as well. Definitely recommend checking them out! I'll be back for sure.”

“Shopping at the Kate Spade Outlet is always one of my favorite parts of visiting the area! The associates were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit without ever making us feel pressured.
I came in planning to pick up a few purses and wallets for myself, and somehow my daughter managed to sneak two into the shopping bag for herself too! 😂 Needless to say, we both left happy.
One thing I was especially excited about was that they had dust bags in stock. I was able to purchase a few extras to protect some of my Kate Spade bags back home, and of course I picked up dust bags for the new purses I bought that day as well. It was such a nice bonus because they're not always available.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and made the shopping experience fun and enjoyable. Great selection, wonderful staff, and another reason this store is a must-stop every time I'm in the area. I can't wait to come back!”
“I swing into Tory every summer to pick up my new sunglasses of choice. This is super fun and they most generally have a good selection. This year I couldn’t resist the 70% deal and got a purse too. The employees are always helpful and a few years ago they hooked me up with the text option. When the new catalog comes out they text it. I can buy from home in MO just by sending the pics back of what I’d like to know more about. They tell me the prices and sizes (if it’s shoes) available. I’ve done this several times. Bc at the outlets when it’s gone it’s gone and when we go at the end of the season a lot is picked over. Just ask when you’re in and you can get your personal shopper too!

“I came across EKKO in Destin Commons and instantly fell in love with the vibe. The women's section is full of bright, fun designs that are perfect for Florida. I especially appreciated the the dresses all have pockets (!!!!!!) and they fit true to size, which was great since I didn't try on the dress I purchased until I left town. The store layout is clean and easy to navigate, without over crowded racks. I had the chance to talk with the store manager, who told me that this is the first location in the US. EKKO is a Sri Lankan brand with shop locations there and in India. It was nice to think that I wasn't going to run into lots of people with the same dress as me, and totally a win for my teenage niece who was stoked to have a more unique dress. Whether you're local to Destin or just visiting, EKKO is totally worth a stop. I look forward to coming back on my next trip to Florida!”

They are very helpful when you're trying things on to bring you other sizes. Is excellent customer service here! The clothing is quality for what you pay for and it lasts! There is a handicapped entrance to the store. It is in the outside mall.”

“I went in this afternoon around 3:30pm to pick up an online order. There was only one person working the store today and she had AWESOME customer service! She greeted everyone that came in and despite being busy, she made sure to engage with all the customers in the store. I didn’t catch her name(she had on a Nirvana tshirt) but if I heard correctly, it was her first day in this store as she moved/transferred from Tallahassee. She had a great attitude and even if she was stressed out from working alone, she did a phenomenal job hiding it😅”

They’re having a 50% off sale and I couldn’t have found the items she did bc the store seemed picked over. MILAIDY (sp?) is a ROCK STAR and sent me home with every piece of clothing needed to start over with a classic lasting new closet of clothes that I feel and look great in!!! She worked several hours with me as she served others as well and I left there with sooo many great casual and business pieces - ALL FOR AROUND $400.00!!!!!!!
