“Was traveling from out of town and realized I was going to miss my dog’s birthday. I walked in and asked Kim if she happened to have a cake she could make for me within 24 hours to achieve that birthday window. She said she likes to have 48 hours notice, but she had a cake she had just made that she could redirect for me and make again for the other customer as they had a longer window for needing it. It was decorated and being picked up within four hours of me asking her for it! Phenomenal customer service. Easy, down to earth, personality to communicate with. Support small businesses and shop here! She’s awesome.”
