We have a bernadoodle puppy and we wanted to get her a haircut because it was very long. They said because she’s a puppy all they will do is trim around her eyes and paws. Don’t worry though they still charged us the extra $40 for the deluxe package I originally booked because I thought they were actually going to cut her hair. She looks horrible. Like a frizzy mess. Honestly, she looked better before. We take our other dog there and didn’t have any issues until this. Now I’m out over $100 and she still needs a haircut. Before and after shown below. I can’t wrap my mind around how this I was over $100.

They only had one cashier working that I saw she had several people in line so she wasn't able to help me and after walking around a bit I couldn't find anyone to help me so I won't go back there for anything

To the lady complaining about the cost of a Groom for a bernadoodle, maybe don't get one of the most expensive breeds to get groomed.
Also this location has always had very attentive staff that has always shown care, concern and have been nothing more then attentive! Sasha recommended that my goldendoodle puppy come in for 2-3 puppy trims before introducing him to a full haircut to set him up for success and he has been so wonderful for grooms as reported by other groomers as I travel for work and keep him on the recommended 6 week schedule. I would definitely recommend her and this Petsmart location to everyone!

My Casanova was 28lbs now 22 yeah!! He had issues keeping things clean. So we've been for a Spa day and pawdicure. Kitties need a groom now and then! Thanks Sasha he looks dapper!

This place canceled my grooming appointment, again, hours before my appointment. Same reason, someone didn’t show up for work, and my dog gets bumped, again. This has happened several times. Whomever is managing the grooming should be able to adjust if someone doesn’t show up to work, and make sure you don’t bump the same person multiple times. Now I understand why this place has a schedule with so many open appointments. If you dog needs grooming, do not rely on this place to actually keep the appointment.

They always have my dog’s food and my fish tank filters in stock and the dark haired gentleman with glasses is very knowledgeable about the fish!

This store really needs to take better care of their betta fish. A lot of the water was dirty, and there was deceased fish in several cups. These are living animals and deserve a higher standard of care.

There for a dog grooming, the pup turned out great. We did not get a phone call when she was done, if we had, we could of picked her up an hr earlier.
