The workers there were very rude and not helpful at all. I asked about a jacket and one even laughed at me for asking if she knew where she put it back because it was just put on the return rack by another women that told me. Won’t be going back here.

Went there today with my friend with clothes to sell she had three bags of new clothes with tags still on them first they tell us it’s only one bag today so we put it all in one bag they then told us to come back it would take about 1 1/2 hours they call later and told us they were ready when got there they told her they couldn’t buy them do to there condition.
CONDITION !!!! What condition they were new and still had tags on them. They were kinder if rude and I don’t understand what they are looking for. You’re better off selling them in a yard sale. Never shop there !!!!

This Plato’s Closet is high as a kite. I walked in there and immediately got Goodwill vibes. Not saying Goodwill is bad, I’m a frequent thrifter, but I know what to expect from Goodwill. I remember growing up and in high school Plato’s closet had the reputation of only accepting the very best conditioned items and I’m talking practically brand new. This was anything but that. All the items were in rough shape, stinky, and faded. I was super disappointed. I won’t be going back. Anybody who says they’re going there, I’ll tell them not to waste their time.

First time ever being here.. came to drop off and sell Ralph Lauren Polo clothes that I’m not wearing any more.. probably low balled me, because everything was extremely top-notch and only cleaned at the dry cleaners.. but, I wanted to see what the experience was like and how the transaction would go.. so, if you have the time and patience you can most definitely make more money off of a platform like Facebook Marketplace.. but.. if you just want to get rid of your stuff quickly, have someone else handle everything for you and get some fast pocket change than this place works.. I took a quick browse around, while they assessed my apparel and was curious of what they have available.. I’ve never been the type to buy used clothing, but it looked like they had a huge amount of stuff available and the color coordinated merchandising was nice!!

Kinda rude staff, extremely picky, buys things for pennies and then turns around and sells them at a four time mark up.

Teenagers working here. Clean clothes on the rack, tiny isles. There are treasures if you look closely. Found a few brandnane items. Most are girls' clothes. Good treasurer hunt and money saved.

Every time I try to bring clothes in they tell me to come back tomorrow and it’s very annoying as I live 40 mins away just trying to sell my clothes but they always say they’re short staffed

Decent little store. Kept pretty neat but not a lot of the brands I was looking for. Girls were friendly enough if you interact with them but they definitely don't welcome you to the store which would be nice, but they were steady busy putting out new product. I'd go back again if in the area.
