Stay away from this company unless you want to be treated very badly by Mr. John Butler and his wife. Worst customer service ever. I should have paid attention to other reviews. Never expect a thank you for your order or any polite interactions with them.

I was shocked by the treatment I received from owner of Alta Graphics in Miami, Kathy Butler. I had used them before for business cards and a church service booklet, so I felt confident about calling them again. I spoke to Alex on the phone and submitted my PDF through their on-line portal. I was sent a proof and told to make changes. I couldn't open the proof, so I made changes on it by adding yellow change boxes. I spent a couple of hours doing this and then added copy and sent it by email. I was told to redo all the changes and resend a PDF. So I did. I then followed up and was told the job could be done. I followed up again after the weekend and spoke to Kathy who was very rude and said she couldn't promise the job would be completed. I responded that if it couldn't be done, I would need to go to someone else, as I had to get on a plane the next day. She said she couldn't promise as machine could break. I felt brushed off and then she abruptly told me to take my business elsewhere. I was then charged $200 for a draft of copy. I never complain, but this was so awful for me, I felt I needed to let others know to be wary.

Let's start with the negatives. Buyer do not look too happy when she calculated my books that I was trying to sell. Secondly I sold some children books and horror books which total out to about 7 books. I only got a few bucks back. The other cashiers were nice though ! I also spotted good book deals.
