Do not. DO. NOT. Use the atm outside the front door - it billed the completely WRONG amount on my check that I DESPERATELY need RIGHT NOW, and I'm forced to wait almost 4-10 business days for the claim to be settled.

I went in to verify my id since I opened an account online on a Saturday morning and was assisted instantly. Cecilia helped me open my account and made sure I left with all the information I needed. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! I am very happy that i chose to open an account at this location with Bank of America.
