The owner was so pleasant and nice that he came and picked us up from the airport and took us back to the car rental to get our vehicle. He even upgraded us to an suv considerate that our family was a party of 5 and thinking a standard car wasn't to comfortable for all of us to be in especially it was our family vacation and my first time being in Florida for the first time ever. Having such great customer service really kicked off our vacation to a great start. My family and I will definitely be using 5ive Rental a Car again for our next family vacation because their customer service was amazing. “All the rental companies in one place, plus a shuttle to get you there makes this place great. It's not nearly as confusing as it used to be with separate shuttles and separate lots all over. It's comfortably cool inside and the people manning the rental desks were kind and patient with many of the wary foreign travellers. Starbucks was a nice touch and certainly needed.”
