Was there when an out of towner was there to pick up their rental, and the woman just complained and complained about everything; even her husband couldn't calm her down. Those agents did there best to get you in and out as fast as possible, and they deserve a raise. Some people are just rude, and obnoxious and theirs no pleasing them. “I'M WRITING THIS HONEST REVIEW EVEN THOUGH I NO LONGER NEEDED A RENTAL BECAUSE OF THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD OVER THE PHONE.UNLIKE ALL THE OTHER CAR RENTALS I CALLED, AT THE WESTLAND MALL BUDGET CAR RENTAL I RECEIVED SPECIAL ATTENTION AND CARE FROM A VERY NICE LADY NAMED MARY WHO WAS THE PERSON THAT I SPOKE TO OVER THE PHONE.THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT TAKE A RENTAL WAS BECAUSE I NO LONGER NEEDED ONE BUT IF I DID NEED TO RENT THEN IT WOULD BE FROM HERE FOR SURE.THANK YOU MARY”

“This hertz is good. Its a local office and even tho its located in 49th st is easy to drive past it and not realize. Its in the same entrance as Subway. You drive like you going to subway you wont get lost. Call in advance also.”

“We were quite late in booking a rental car, but these guys saved us. Although there were no cars available initially, the operator said they would let us know if a new car became available. We didn't have much hope, but they found a car for us and even gave us a car of a higher class. Plus, the prices were lower than their competitors. We are very happy with the efficiency of the staff and the service.”
