You’ll have to wait in the lobby over 2 hrs for a physical, nobody should be proud to work in this place. Very unorganized, no information regarding why they have cleared the lobby 4 times before getting to your name.

I had a wonderful experience with Concentra Urgent Care, from the moment I arrived and the care was excellent, the ladies are quite friendly and the medical staff. Definitely recommended!?

The attention was not good, they did not feel like doing their job, there were 2 and 3 workers in an office talking and laughing while there are clients waiting for them, they know how to do their job.

Employees were actively eating and chatting away infront of customers/patients. I waited over 2 hours to find out that one employee instructed another that I was clear to go but never did due to the above mentioned issues. Very unprofessional. Probably would've waited longer if I had not asked or could've left much early if they hadn't been gossiping.
