Como es posible que el personal de cvs 10700 nw 74st, no respete bajo ningún concepto ni criterio a los clientes, yo como ciudadana americana, llevo casi 20 años aquí, y no había visto ni sentido tanta MEDIOCRIDAD JUNTA. No sabía una empleada de allí, pasarme una tarjeta de Ebt, la pasé 5 veces y no pasaba, (según la señora que me atendió, que observé su identidad para ver su nombre y ella se la tapó), cuando es un REQUISITO OBLIGATIRIO. Me envió a la parte de la farmacia, donde por RAZONES MUY PERSONALES ME CONOCEN, y me informaron que allí no pasaba la ebt card. Me topé con una señora que desde años trabaja allí, y me dijo que me iba a ayudar, PERO DA LA CASUALIDAD, Que había un excremento de perro en uno de los pasillos, (SECO), se lo informe y me dijo de mala forma que ella no puede estar detrás de los perros de los clientes. Esa, no es una forma de expresarse con un cliente. Fuimos al Front Desk, y la tarjeta de Ebt, pasó al segundo, y la s e ñ o r a, que me hizo pasarla 5 veces, sin tecnicismo se dio cuenta y le dije, fue solo un (1) segundo, y se hecho a reír en mi cara. Éste es mi primer paso. Cuando vaya en poquito tiempo, vamos a ver si se va a tapar la identidad de nuevo, y va a esconder la cara debajo del piso. No sirven!!!!! TUVE QUE PONER 1 ESTRELLA PARA PODER PUBLICAR ESTA RESEÑA. PERO, ES CERO (0).

Updated Review: Today was my last day even entertaining the idea of going to them. This place is Transphobic. I've done everything they wanted me to do to "FIX" my issue and the same error about my "date of birth", despite being correct, seems to come up. That in itself can be believable, however its the afterwards that really hurts. Despite anything they actually have in their power, including the doctor who was there, they choose to do nothing. I was told to call my insurance and do all of the work again as if I hadn't already done it and was looked at like I was crazy when I told them 3 times that I had already done everything, and that my part was done. The lady turns around and goes back to doing basically nothing about my issue and in general. THAT action that they won't call and help you on a very slow Sunday afternoon is really quite hurtful, and honestly it's behavior I'd never want to see out of my own work if I worked in a pharmaceutical environment. They're embarrassing to be a customer for, truly. This isn't a safe place for LGBT folk, that much is clear because they don't help us with our specific needs.

Impossible to answer the phone, I have more than 3 hours all day and no one answers me, a huge problem and when they answer you spend hours and they end up hanging up the phone. This pharmacy is horrible by car for 1 or 2 hours and if you go in for 3 hours it is negligence, lack of order, lack of employees???? I can't explain what it is. All people complain. The attention is the worst.

Horribly slow service all around. They NEVER answer the phone. DO NOT use the drive-thru it usually takes about 30 minutes or more PER car/customer. I do not have anything positive to say about this CVS location.Back for more torture waiting. Never seen anything like it… they keep beating themselves for worst

I’ve tried to pick up my medicine twice. First time I waited in the drive through for over 35 mins and had to leave. They ended up canceling my order, I requested to have it refilled… there was only two cars in the drive through and there’s two lanes. Each of us were in one…. I waited 45 mins and they would look over and continue to do their thing. I left, they didn’t even acknowledge I was there waiting.

This is directed exclusively to what would be the person in charge of the pharmacy.She works with her back to people, they treated me normally, I had a problem with the insurance, they treated me, I said goodbye and I came back immediately to ask a question to the person who treated me to be sure that the pertinent checks were carried out. , and there that person jumps in, getting involved in something he knows nothing about, saying that there is a queue blablabla,When you don't know, you don't get involved.

Last night I went in to purchase Pedialyte and Advil, because I have the flu and since I was the only person in the store, they had security guards, following me all over the store, when I only had a Pedialyte and an Advil in my hands, which they were clearly seeing. They were talking on the walkie-talkie about me thinking that I was going to steal something and at the end when I was trying to pay the Manager was standing against the door, watching me up and down thinking I stole something else, so what I did is, I left the products in their faces on the counter. I don't recommend shopping here at all because it's always a bad experience in this particular location. I had the flu and I even told them I had the flu and I needed these stuff and they kept on thinking I was stealing something else which it was impossible if they were following me all over the store. I felt violated because I came in sick. Just trying to get some medication's and buy them because I have money to buy them and they come and assumed that I was stealing. They kept on saying on the walkie-talkie " she is in this aisle I'll keep an eye on her ,she might steal some "This happened yesterday at 2 AM.

I waited 36 mins today in the drive-through. Everytime I have needed a prescription it’s always a mission.Doesn’t matter if you go inside or drive - thru. It’s always a terrible experience. Disorganized, long lines, pharmacists don’t know how to multi-task. I would never come here by will ever again . Terrible

The pharmacy doesn’t have supplies, customer have to wait more than 24 hour for a medication.Employees on the personal phone while customers waiting.I received a message from the pharmacy saying my medicine it’s ready, when I got to pharmacy “ is not ready “ I have to come back next day!No respect!Sugestión: get another pharmacy, you deserve respect and good customer service. ?

Very bad treatment on the pharmacyPeople are super rude I made appointments for my old mother and they just say that they can't do it I have the confirmation number and they just say that the system is not working that the information is wrong ... why cvs has a very unprofessional people working there ?
