I went to this pharmacy in order to exchange a product and the lady who helped me in customer service was totally rude, complaining because I have the digital receipt. Then she talked to me like I was a dumb person to every question that I asked her. So arrogant.

Hello. Yeah I came in here and got disrespected by Daniella, Hernandez because I didn’t want to use the check out. She called me immature. i’ve never been so insulted before in a CVS. It’s ridiculous where it customer service is coming to now
