Genesis service was good but was same as Hyundai service. Quite different than Lexus is to Toyota. Service advisor Juan was very good and I would want to use him next time. I use Doral even though Kendall is closer. They did promise to give me a washed car but didn’t.

We had the best sales person’s Nery sanchez. She is amazing and makes the process really smooth. She walked us through the whole process of get a new car. She really did a great work. Great place, good installations, helpful staff. Best service ever. I definitely recommend this place.
