DoubleTree By Hilton Miami Doral provides a very nice and clean facility with big, spacious, and impeccably clean rooms that are also quiet and super comfortable. The hotel's location is great, not too far from the airport, with a short walk to the International Mall and a shuttle providing transportation within a five-mile radius. Guests consistently praise the outstanding, excellent, and friendly customer service, noting the front desk is very nice and check-in is fast and easy. The staff provides a heartwarming welcome. Amenities include a bar and restaurant on site, complimentary free parking, and a pool, though towels must be requested from the front desk. While generally excellent, minor inconveniences have been rarely noted. Many guests express a strong desire to stay again, with some considering it a second home in Miami.

The hotel is nice, clean, and very easy to navigate. The location is perfect, but the real star of the stay was Isabella at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and truly made for a great experience. Highly recommend!

We stayed here the night before our cruise. The hotel was very clean, we ate at the hotel restaurant during happy hour and was reasonably priced. It is about 45 minutes from port Miami but we would definitely stay here again.
