“Super happy with my stay here! The staff were AMAZING! Probably the best hotel staff I've ever had. They were incredibly helpful and kind.

There is lots of parking, and the location of the hotel is PERFECT if you want to do some shopping at the Dolphin Mall. We spent 3 nights here, and if I were to return to the Miami surrounding area I would 100% rebook nights here.

The only complaint I have is the elevators. They are extremely slow and dated. It was actually odd to see because the rest of the hotel is fantastic. The bathrooms could be updated, but it wasn't an issue. The elevators though, they need some attention for sure.”

“The hotel stay overall was excellent. My husband had issues with his back on the hotel bed even though my kids and I did not.

The usual cleaning ladies were super nice and great. Kudos to them. There was a different cleaning lady on our last full day in town over our 10 day stay. I asked if she could vacuum since we have kids and they created some crumbs over time. I don’t think the hotel was vacuumed since the beginning of our stay. She smirked and said ok sarcastically as we left the room and looked back down at her phone. She did not vacuum. I reported this to the hotel who said asked if there was anything we can do? I said there’s no point in vacuuming now since we’re leaving tomorrow morning. They said “sorry for the inconvenience”. This doesn’t rectify the issue. Anyone who has young kids knows how much mess they make. I don’t have a vacuum on hand and the hotel was unhelpful with this employee. Hopefully the hotel fixes their customer care issues, though it was specific to this one instance.”
