I went to the store today and the serviceswas very bad. The staff Elizabeth was folding clothes next to the line and she didn’t open the line. She was looking to the line and she didn’t care about customers. Thanks to the others staff that tell her to support the team. Her face was very mad when they told her to open theLine. Otherwise, I love express but due this type of employee I would go to another store.

I leave a reviews here 1 weeks ago Express Reply to send them a message I did 4 days ago with the receipts of the suit they sold me, that’s I try to return 2 weeks ago and they are giving me all excuses for not accepting the suit back, I will File a dispute on Monday WITh BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS, they just reply here to send them more information just to pretending that’s they care about customer. Really disappointed with express customer service I, I send the more that’s 5 email after they request the receipt but they just ignored me now.HERE IS THE Information OF MY OTHER REVIEWS, THEY IGNORED ME AFTER I SEND THE SUITS RECEIPT.WORSTI bought a suit for a party that my son has for November 21, when I bought it I did not check anything or the collar of the suit absolutely nothing. Yesterday I took it to get my money back, but my intention was to buy another size that would suit my son, when the man checks it he tells me that the collar is dirty, I told him that my son put it on once because he has a party, ONLY TO TRYING ON HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND, BECAUSE HE Don’t LISTEN WHAT I’m saying, the size didn't work for him and that's why I'm returning it, he told me that he's not going to change it because they've already used it, I explained to him in every way that the suit was like that, the back has a thread which he tells me that someone did it, I told him to call the person I bought the suit from because it was that way from the beginning, this man instead of helping me solve the problem just yelled at me as if I were deaf, Now I realize that they sold me a suit that someone returned used, they scammed me and they treated me very badly when I was telling the truth, I bought the suit that way and since I didn't check now I'm with the suits that doesn't fits my son and cost more than $400 dollars, this is a SCAM, I am a good client, I spend a lot of money in EXPRESS but since yesterday they lost my whole family as clients due to this scammers, I also plan to open a case with better Business BUREAU, I want my money back I am no longer interested in changing the set now I want to return it for my money, Lack of respect they treat customers very badly. SHOP EVER,They are scammers, worst customer service. The customer service reply this review told me to send the the receipt I send it 3 days ago and still no anwers from them, I will wait till Friday before I file a dispute with better business Burea.

Cashier Derek was very rude and unhelpful when me and my son were trying to shop for clothes. Was talking to his girlfriend and prioritizing her over us when we were were trying to checkout. Never shopping here again!

I asked a female sales person for some assistance to get a response I don’t speak English. My daughter tried to speak Spanish to get a rude response. It is not worth spending your hard earn money to get lack of attention and rude replies.

My customer service experience was amazing Adable Hernandez took care of me, she is a sweet individual very hard-working very attentive. I feel so bad for her because she is working under on working conditions with no air and not able to wear her mask because of how hot it is I feel very bad for her but she is such a great person and attended us so well That the air didn’t matter
