Bad customer service. Don't take packages as they are and try to upsell you every chance. Avoid at all vosts

Terrible customer service, employees are lazy, wont help you pack anything, wont ship anything unless you bring it perfectly packed. They just stand there even with customers waiting

Scamming, lazy, incompetent staff. Somehow packages seem to always get lost or overlooked and left in their shop for weeks. Also, they are always claiming that we need to buy their supplies for one stupid reason or another. Skip this location and just go to one of the many UPS Store locations.
