“We shipped artwork cross county using Navis out of Miami. We thought it was expensive but reasonable for 4 large framed pieces. When we received the delivery we were very very impressed with the packaging and care given to each individual piece to ensure safe delivery. It was pretty incredible how each piece was individually sealed, wrapped and then packed in bubble wrap and then styrofoam and all inside a large wooden crate. Everything arrived timely and in excellent condition. I highly recommend Navis, especially Jean, Mariella and Fernando.”

“We chose IVL after looking at a few quotes, and their reputation really sold us. Since this was our first international move, we were incredibly stressed, but our coordinator was amazing. He broke down the whole process, answered all our crazy questions, and completely put our minds at ease. The packing crew arrived on time and loaded up our container in just a few hours. They wrapped everything so securely that all our items arrived at our new home overseas in perfect condition—not a single scratch. Highly recommend them! My only piece of advice is to book them as early as possible; we were on a tight schedule, which added some extra stress, but they still pulled it off.”

“What an amazing experience! If you have anything to ship to the Eastern Caribbean, this is definitely the way to go!!! The owner is super personable and came out and gave us very helpful information. They treat your belongings as though they are their own. They shrink-wrapped all our items, strapped it down to the pallets, got everything put together so nicely as to be able to fit more in the cargo container than we were originally going to be able to. Super reasonably priced and very efficient. 6 days travel time from Miami to St. Lucia and I'm able to rest assured that everything will arrive just as it left. Talk about a savings!!!”

“Cynthia went above and beyond to help us with our shipment. She genuinely cared about our situation and took the initiative to make sure things started moving. She treated our package with the same level of urgency and importance that we did, as if it were her own. We had tried reaching out to multiple DHL representatives over the phone, but no one was able to provide assistance or get things moving. Cynthia was different. She took ownership of the situation, showed genuine concern, and made a real difference when we needed help the most. Without her dedication and personal attention, our shipment likely would not have moved forward. It is rare to come across someone who truly cares about their work and the people they are helping. Cynthia is an example of what customer service should look like. Thank you, Cynthia, for getting things done. DHL is lucky to have someone like you on their team!”

“I found the experience very good due to the compliance and monitoring of the expected shipments. The chat also works perfectly, and they are also very friendly. People who purchase through Amazon are recommended to open an account with the Miami virtual locker to ensure receipt. Otherwise the wait becomes eternal and there is a risk that the merchandise will be lost. Personally it happened to me but Amazon returned the money. I repeat, it is better to open an account in the virtual locker. Later I will tell you about other experiences.”
