“It started out great, it still is however it is becoming less appealing. Summer time and the air conditioner barely runs cold and the fans are constantly running, and the room is still warm and uncomfortable.
In addition, cleanliness is somewhat of an issue, and there are too many people on the weekends.
Public places are usually awful.”
“I'm from Brazil, and it was one of the first times I did my laundry in the United States. It's a little different from back home, but when you see people doing it, you realize it's really easy, just put in quarters.”
“Finally a laundry that can handle washing our business linen needs. Great service and always on time. Highly recommended them for your personal and business needs.”
“I came here after the hotel I was staying at told me they could not provide same day service. I looked around on Google Maps and chose this place based on customer reviews. I am really glad I did! I was helped by Maria, who could not have been more pleasant. She told me normal wash and fold would be done the following day, but for an up charge it could be done in 4 hours. I chose that option, and within 3 hours I received a text telling me the laundry was done. I picked it up and everything was clean, tidy, and in good shape. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town and need to have some clothes washed!”
“I just travel all the way from Michigan to start a new life here in Miami and I drove so I needed to do my laundry and I came to this place and they honestly have better prices than anybody around
And my favorite part was dealing with the sweetest woman named “YORDANKA.”
I don’t speak Spanish so we had some crossover But it was an excellent experience on this trip to be honest and I’m glad I came here and met her and I will come back 100% every time”
“First time I go, the place was very clean and the girl who works there Keila was very friendly, she explained to me how to use the washing machines, I give her 5 stars”
“My washer broke down & I am happy I found this place. I haven’t been to a “wash house” lol in over 50 years! The place is clean & organized! The attendant was very nice & helped me with the change machine, basket, etc. There was good music playing & plenty of seats to sit on while waiting for clothes to finish. There is a great variety of nice new machines. I’ve been there twice & will definitely recommend to others. I have a new washer now.”
“Great laundry Matt ! Super clean and kept up well ! The staff is sweet ! Price point is decent . They have a ATM for convenience . They have a coin slot as well . They also provide drop off and pick up services . They have two working vending machines. A free water fountain . And a small nutrition bar to purchase a drink while doing laundry ! It always smell good in here and is always well maintained! Parking is definitely first come first serve . But that’s not even an issue once you realize how nice it is to be inside the laundry Matt !”

“I absolutely love Groves Cleaners and the work they do! They always make me feel like family, and I know I can trust them with my clothes. I’ve had everything from everyday clothing to special-event pieces altered and dry cleaned here, and I’m always so happy with the results.
I’ve trusted them with smaller loads of everyday clothes as well as important pieces for galas, bridesmaid dresses, and other special events. No matter what I bring in, I know my clothes will come back looking perfect every time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my clothes!”
“I ran ro Crown Cleaners in Miami Lakes needing a dress pressed the same day for a wedding .
The owner himself drove to their north east branch with my dress to have it ready same day!! He saw that I was a mess and personally assisted me . His generosity brought tears to my eyes … of course I hugged him !
thank you again ! Denise”
“I’ve been going to Mr Jeff for years and while it’s only a few more blocks of a walk, there are other options, but I’m glad I’ve stuck with them. They always greet you with a smile, remember your name, etc. Most recently I had requested a rush tailoring request that understandably was a close call as it were and the door dasher accidentally delivered the item to the store instead of my home, and Hideto was kind enough to deliver it to my door himself so I could have for my event. Thank you!”

“Excellent! Great pick up and delivery service, driver is very professional and so is the manager and staff. Good customer service is a must for me especially when dealing with my clothes, Marcus the owner responds to any questions in a timely and respectful manner. I have used other on demand laundry services that were awful, I am so happy I finally found Wasfo for all my laundry needs, my clothes always arrives in excellent condition, they do great professional work. “The best dry cleaner company ever. The staff ( Melba, Beatriz, Cecilia, Clarissa, ) is always courteous and Knowledgeable, and they take such a great care of my entire wardrobe.
My clothes are always done when or before promised and I like that greets me by name when I come in.
Thank you.”
“This laundromat is truly amazing! The service is by far the best I’ve ever encountered. It’s always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The women who work here are incredibly kind, there’s always coffee prepared, and they genuinely make you feel like you’re part of their family. Laundry day is actually something I look forward to because of them. Highly recommend!”
“This is a card only laundry facility. Use you r debit or credit card to add money to your very own reusable Laundry Loyalty Card. The machines are well kept and the staff here are friendly and helpful. I love this location!”
“Cheap, clean, the employee is very attentive. Busy on weekends so I suggest to go on weekdays. I prefer this laundromat over all the other ones close to me, very quiet and well air conditioned.”
“i wanted to give imperial cleaners a huge THANK YOU! they literally performed a miracle on my daughter’s wedding dress. after a year since my daughter was married, she still hadn’t taken the dress to get dry cleaned, so i took it to imperial cleaners. i’ve been going there for years and they’ve always been great but with the severity of the dress, i was concerned there was no hope. the dirt/mud had already set in and to top it off, she put it in a green dry clean bag and left it in her car for months! well, needless to say, the color transferred onto the dress. carolina said she would do all she can to make it look brand new again….3weeks later(which was quick in my opinion) i went to pick up and i almost cried! my daughter’s dress was PERFECT! set in stains of mud & green colors, GONE!! it was a complete and total miracle! and because of that, imperial cleaners will continue to have me as a customer. their service and work is impeccable and their prices are excellent! they truly are superior!”
“I traveled with a soccer team that was training the week of August 5-10 and from my first visit i was back everyday. This place is well organized all machines and dryers worked and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly”
