“I was in this laundry and I was delighted with the service of the young Dominican woman who is an extremely kind person. The space is very clean and the ambient music is of quality. The air conditioning works very well, in the exact measure. The place is frequented by very nice people and I'm loving living here in the region. I'll be back every week. “I was a little hesitant as I read the prior reviews and saw there were issues but it’s close to where I live and there’s always two sides to each story so I decided to give it a shot. When I walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. I brought in my duvet cover that I had stained with wine and my husband’s work suit. They told me turnaround time was 3 days I came in on Monday and it was ready for pickup on Thursday today. It was like brand new and I was really happy with the price. The staff was quick to answer my questions and very professional. I highly recommend.”

“Excellent! Great pick up and delivery service, driver is very professional and so is the manager and staff. Good customer service is a must for me especially when dealing with my clothes, Marcus the owner responds to any questions in a timely and respectful manner. I have used other on demand laundry services that were awful, I am so happy I finally found Wasfo for all my laundry needs, my clothes always arrives in excellent condition, they do great professional work. “I’ve been going to Mr Jeff for years and while it’s only a few more blocks of a walk, there are other options, but I’m glad I’ve stuck with them. They always greet you with a smile, remember your name, etc. Most recently I had requested a rush tailoring request that understandably was a close call as it were and the door dasher accidentally delivered the item to the store instead of my home, and Hideto was kind enough to deliver it to my door himself so I could have for my event. Thank you!”
