I was the only other person waiting beside the person being helped.There were two tellers doing god knows what, but evidently too busy to help me out.How is it that there are 3 people and no one can help the only other customer waiting? I usually go to the atm but was unable to since the atm was not accepting my cash deposit.There needs to be something done about the efficiency.I won’t be back to this branch this is unacceptable.

I would like to file a complaint against a Regions Bank branch for providing false information and displaying a lack of responsibility. Despite acknowledging a system fault, the managers have refused to take any action. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate resolution to ensure such practices are rectified.Wouldn’t recommend to come to this branch at all.

REGIONS BANK sent me an offer stating that I would receive a '$500 BONUS' for opening a LIFEGREEN Checking account, enrolling in on-line banking within 30 days of opening & then making $1,500 total deposits within 30 days. VERY straightforward, little or no room for confusion--then finally, your $500 bonus would be directly deposited to your checking account within 90 days of completing requirements.On October 14th, 2021 I opened checking account by phone with the branch @ 2700 NW 107th Avenue, Miami, FL 33172. This took approx. 40 minutes but there were no problems. I asked if it would impact my credit-they responded not a hard check so no it would not. This indicated to me that they were going to check my credit history before approving account. My credit score is literally VERY CLOSE TO PERFECT! I deposited via credit card by phone (on same initial call) the minimum requirement of $50 proceeded by 2 separate deposits of $450 & $1,000 on 10/21 & 10/26 totaling the $1,500 that they required to qualify for ALLEGED $500 BONUS.On morning of 11/15/21, I went to check my Regions Checking balance only to find out that it had BEEN WIPED OUT TO 0!!! Only thing that showed was an 'Account Withdrawal' Pending for $1,500 with no explanation. THIS IS HOW I FOUND out that someone had shut down my account, again 0 explanation. I called their Customer Service and was told I had to go into a branch, which I did in Bay Harbour Islands, FL which I did that same day. They said they couldn't say what happened--that I had to call customer service. This began a 3 day circus of each telling me I needed to check with the other--cust. serv. via phone blaming branch & viceversa. I then went to Arthur Godfrey Rd. branch in Miami Beach, FL on 11/17/21 to meet with their 'FRAUD claim' dept (made online appt) to see if I had better luck determining what happened. Same game--no answers. They have responded that on 11/14 a check was cut for $1,500 to be sent back to me within 7 business days but no reason for my account being shut down like that. They seemed to think that I should be fine with that. SO, after wasting all my time & effort, I've still yet to receive my $1,500 that I deposited (I requested they cut me a check there or cash would be fine, they weren't doing that) NOR AM I RECEIVING THE so called $500 BONUS! I don't know what kind of fraudulent scam they're running trying to increase their business, but this is incredibly UNETHICAL to say the very least.

Habia una persona antes que yo y llevaba bastante tiempo esperando. Tuve que irme sin el servicio realmente lo necesitaba me habian cancelado mi tarjeta. No es la primera vez lo q me hace cambiar de banco definitivamente

Slow and rude service inside and out. They look like they don’t want to come to the windows and speak like they don’t want to serve you. I recently went inside because their ATM on site wasn’t accepting some of my brand new bills. There were no other customers waiting and only one window open and the guy screamed and said give me one second. He keeps staring at the computer and then disappears in the back for for five minutes. Tells me to fill out deposit slip and then raises it up and proceeds to speak slowly and in very detail like I’m elderly or mentally handicap. Guy doesn’t do it right and asks for my debit card twice too.
