Worst costumer service. I ordered an online pick up. I went to the cashier for my package and I told her I could provide ID. She told me she needed the bar code, which I replied that I couldn’t provide that because my phone was without battery and I didn’t have a charger. She said I have 5 days to pick up the order which I said that was my only opportunity for pick up, but that I could give her any other information she needed to confirm that it is MY account. ID, email, phone, DOB, what I Bought, how much it costed, etc. But they keep insisting in the bar code. I’m very upset because I KNOW that I can get the order with only ID, I’ve done it before in Sephora AND Ulta, and my email says that I can pick up with the email confirmation OR ID (one of both). What do I think happened? I felt discriminated for how I was dress (I came in work clothes) and they didn’t want to make an effort to give a good costumer service. After insisting a lot, they gave me my order but asked me what did I buy and my phone number, to make sure I bought it (even tho the account is under my name and they had my ID available). If the system didn’t really let them give packages without the barcode, I wouldn’t been taken the time to write this, but I’m doing it because I know that they could easily look at my ID and verify my phone or email at the very beginning. I’m attaching proof of the email where it says I can provide my ID. Sephora, train your employees better. This was 02/28/25 around 6pm

The attention was super bad, especially from a thin Cuban girl with transparent glasses. I asked her about several products and she told me that there was nothing and I started looking for them and found them. She doesn't answer because she is talking to the other girls.

The store is good but Oriana in the cashier had a bad attitude and costumer service. She wasn’t clean in which products she was adding to my cart, didn’t show the item in the machine for me to see and got mad when I asked to see the total and at the end didn’t put the points on my account.
If you have an option don’t go with Oriana in the cashier!!

Recently experienced awful service at international store in Miami by cashier named Ana. She was rude, impatient, and not able to even make eye contact nor explain the difference between coupons that we had. She sighed and had a frustrated attitude towards me and my daughter. They should not be putting this type of cashiers to give customer service for a well known store like Sephora.

I came into this store on 11/17/2024 and I had a very disappointing experience with GIPSY SANCHEZ. Gipsy approached me while I was looking for things to buy and told me “You cannot record in this store” Me being completely confused I showed her my phone and replied “I’m not recording ma’am” Then, she proceeds to point at my chest upper torso area. My shirt had my insulin pump was clipped on to it. So she thought my insulin pump was a recording device. I was kind enough to explain to her that this is a medical device it does not have the ability to record. She continued to say “I’m just letting you know we cannot record while being in the store” Gipsy needs some serious training before she does that to the incorrect person. Also, the camera footage from 11/17 can be checked and you will see her talking to her coworkers about me. Gipsy discriminated, humiliated, harassed, and BULLIED me. This is a medical device for Diabetics NOT to record. Gipsy’s behavior is absolutely disgusting. I attached a photo of how I was wearing my insulin pump when I walked into your store
