MI love Sephora, but the service in the store is disappointing, the consultants don't have all the products at hand, they don't have knowledge of the products and the manager lacks a lot of attention to the customers.

Other than the cashiers, every time I go to Sephora at this location I get no help and the worse attitude from the employees, it's becoming a place to avoid on my trips to the mall. Very unfortunate!

I simply love that they have the availability of having the products in stock since many times I couldn't find them because they sell out quickly in other stores but in this case it is different, their staff is helpful and calm. I appreciate these types of stores ?.

I'll just say that it is my favorite store to buy my products, I always find what I need, you just have to go very early since some products sell out very quickly like Rare Beauty's blushes.

Usually I never want to write a review for a store in the mall but after having such a negative experience I knew I had to share. I used to LOVE coming to this Sephora. It was always well stocked, the employees tended to keep to themselves and it wasn't as congested like the Sephora in Dadeland. That all changed when I came to exchange a fragrance that I was given as a gift. First, I went to the fragrance section only to notice that most fragrances are kept in locked cabinets. Usually not an issue if there is a dedicated employee who is paying attention. The staff member working the fragrance section was actively trying to avoid anyone asking them questions, walking around the section and evading eye contact. After 15 minutes of trying to get their attention, they finally opened the locked drawer and let me know that I would not be able to hold onto the fragrance as I shopped around, it would be waiting for me at the counter behind the cash wrap. Between the locked cabinets and the not being able to hold on to what you want to buy, I was already feeling uncomfortable. When it came time to pay, everything went significantly down hill. You know there is a problem when you have four or five people on cash wrap and the line doesn't budge. Finally it was my turn. I greeted the staff member (no response but an eye roll and a pop of their chewing gum) and let them know I was here to exchange this brand new, sealed perfume for the one behind them. They proceed to completely open the package, spray the perfume, smell it, spray it again only for me to be asked (with attitude) "did you use it?" (No but you just did...) I told them no and they proceeded to ask me to approve the return. I reminded them I wanted to exchange but they were trying to hurry me up so they just ignored me and shoved the receipt at me. I had to get upset and remind them once again that I was doing an exchange for a fragrance behind them. They let me know that I had completed a return and that I couldn't purchase the fragrance. I reiterated again that i wanted to purchase the other fragrance. During the whole exchange I was given attitude, eye rolls and pops of chewing gum. After getting a manager involved I FINALLY got the perfume I wanted and booked it out of there. I think this Sephora could benefit from better employee training and management. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
