The Crocs store at Palm Beach Fashion Outlets provides great customer service in a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely helpful, amazing, and phenomenal, going way above and beyond to assist customers. They are very nice and provide comfort, helping to find the right size and the right Crocs. The management welcomes people with open arms. The store has a good selection to choose from, allowing customers to find the comfort they have been missing. The experience is great, leaving customers feeling at home, right, and satisfied. The service is so impactful it touches the heart, allowing one to walk in peace.
Went to this location yesterday around after 10am and the girl was super helpful. She told me about all the deals they had going on and helped me to look for sizes that I couldn’t find. Overall great experience.
