“I've been coming here for years and always been positive. It's a cute small place but well maintained. The staff has always treated me well and never had complaints at this location.I rather come here compared to the other ones in Winter Haven. I would recommend this place to anyone!”

195 W Haines Blvd, Lake Alfred FL 33850
“Today I had an issue where my mail was delivered to the wrong parcel box. I realized while at the post office trying to file a lost package claim, that the package had been sent to the wrong address by the company. I just wanted to say thank you to the man at the post office, whose name I didn’t catch, who called me and also helped me when I came in looking for help. He was very kind throughout the process and extremely helpful despite this not being his fault or even something he could help with. Thank you sir.”

“Just before closing no line on a Monday night I got in and out buying a prepaid envelope. I've been here during lunch time on a weekday and only one clerk would have to cover a long line. Sometimes I need to buy a stamp or envelope and it can be wait just to that. I always have good customer service on every visit.”

“My local post office offers me everything that I need and great customer service. I wish they would stay open later and that the entrance was a little bit wider. It's super narrow but other than that they do everything they have to. Thank you.”
