“I had a battery installed by another shop and they put a TON of vasline on the connections. Apparently this caused the battery not to connect to the alternator so it couldn't charge. I brought my car to Dick Carroll expecting it to be another couple hundred dollar repair at the least because I have had nothing but issues. They just cleaned the terminals for me, and charged me the minimum shop fee. I know NOTHING about cars and they could have easily taken me for a ride saying I needed additional work and/or parts. The integrity of the shop is why I will never take my car anywhere else. They didn't see a single Mom with no car knowledge and see dollar signs. They just did what needed to be done.”
