“This Auto Repair shop is a hidden gem in Dunedin! Having been blessed to have a grandfather, that was an owner of his own gas station and a lead mechanic himself. I know what it’s like to have a mechanic that makes you feel like you are family, and want to make sure your car is taken care of 100% for your safety. Well, this 40 year shop are those mechanics! I once lived in Miami and drove all the way back here to come to this one mechanic we have used for years because we trusted them. These are our families’s new mechanics that we would do this for!”

“Took my manual 5 speed fiesta here because of strange noises and performance issues. A ford dealer told me it was only clutch and quoted a very high price for the fix. Wes from this shop serviced/replaced the clutch, told me it might actually be the transmission after a persisting noise issue and finding out that the gearbox was out of oil, found a place for me to get a good used transmission, and installed the transmission all for a fraction of a price from the dealership. I've looked around other shops before them and their value was significantly better and they were one of the only few ones willing to take on the job talking over the phone. This shop has a small surrounding space so schedule your repair wisely and the shop will be able to service your car more efficiently if you have them check your car beforehand rather than just tell them you need something replaced. My car runs fine now thanks to them.”
“On 9/3/25, I had a flat tire at my home. I was able to drive to Dunedin Transmission located at 778 Main ST, Dunedin. Fl. The mechanic stopped working on another vehicle to assist me. He looked at my tire and immediately put air in my tire so I could drive to a location to purchase a new tire. This is not the first time I had a problem with my auto. The first time the same mechanic stopped working on another auto to help me. He installed an air filter for me. Both times he never charged me. I even offered to tip him, but he refused the tip. I thank God that there is still auto shops who do not try to take advantage of a person, especially a SENIOR WOMAN. THANK YOU TO THE MECHANCE WHO ASSISTED ME. THIS SHOP DESERVE AN OUTSTANDING RATING.”
“Pat got my vehicle I had towed to the shop overnight. I explained over the phone the issue and he got back to me with issue he found. Only needed new battery. He advised oil change was needed soon and asked I would like him to take care of. He did work quickly and very reasonable cost. I will recommend highly”

“Jonah and Ryan provided excellent customer service. Very customer oriented and friendly. I liked that Firestone offers courtesy military discount. The tire rebate program was explained to me. And that if I used my Firestone card I’d receive $180 rebate versus $80 if I use other credit card. Jonah wrote down the rebate web address and what prompts to follow. Will use Firestone for next tire purchase.”

“I needed towing due to starting issues on my 2018 VW Beetle. Towing pickup was very fast and AAA afiliated with Pfeifer Auto which was nearby. I was pleased with their consistent communication concerning the car's status starting with Sean who explained everything in detail. Victoria also helped in checking for vehicle warranties where I could save some money. They gave me a 10% discount on repairs through AAA.
