“On 9/3/25, I had a flat tire at my home. I was able to drive to Dunedin Transmission located at 778 Main ST, Dunedin. Fl. The mechanic stopped working on another vehicle to assist me. He looked at my tire and immediately put air in my tire so I could drive to a location to purchase a new tire. This is not the first time I had a problem with my auto. The first time the same mechanic stopped working on another auto to help me. He installed an air filter for me. Both times he never charged me. I even offered to tip him, but he refused the tip. I thank God that there is still auto shops who do not try to take advantage of a person, especially a SENIOR WOMAN. THANK YOU TO THE MECHANCE WHO ASSISTED ME. THIS SHOP DESERVE AN OUTSTANDING RATING.”

“Had a dead battery and went to two different auto parts stores that advertised free battery installation and both of them could not do it and told me I had to go to the dealer because the vehicle has a computer battery monitoring system.. Greg from Firestone assured me that they have the equipment and they would do it right away, and this was on a Sunday morning. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a brand new battery, properly installed and a three year warranty. Very happy customer and recommend them highly!”

“My son was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident on August 12 2025 and they were the company that towed his bike . I lost the sheet the troopers gave me with the company name , we were busy planning a funeral so a week went by before I was able to get the number and call for the bike .They found out he had no insurance and told me the owner was a nice guy and would probably discount the storage and tow which was a relief at such a bad time . When I got there and filled out the paperwork to see it and was given the price of a tow back to my house I was then taken to the Bike . From The moment I arrived i was treated with compassion and understanding . The owner showed me the bike and explained what he could see on the bike as I was standing there in tears and totally crushed . I was then told that he was going to dispatch 2 men with the bike to my home and not charge me for anything at all . There are good ,and kind people in this world and Pfeifers is one of them . I was so grateful , and the tow guys refused a tip .I'm just sorry it took so long to write this . Thank you for all you did .”
