And today when I had a return, a pleasant woman at the register refunded the item without question and even thanked me. It's employees like those that make me want to give a company my business. “We love this store! We actually drive about 20 minutes out of our way just for this location. All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful! We just finished painting our house and found everything we need here. Shoutout to John, in the paint department, who is always attentive and knowledgeable. He was able to help us get the correct sheen, and finish for our outside project. This location has everything you need for projects as well as really cute home section/gift area.”

Very frustrated with the floor manager this Sunday evening who continued to insist that she helped me a few days prior when in fact, she did not. No matter how many times I told her she was mistaken, she continued to contradict me. Plus, the fact that your system can't look up an order by a member's phone number is absurd. Wasted a lot of time for nothing but frustration.”
“I bought a beautiful EGO Lawnmower at Ace Palm Harbor. It was on sale, so the price was the lowest I could find -- including the big box stores. In addition, the owner's son assembled it and delivered it free of charge. He also answered all my questions and showed me some features when he delivered it to me! It's so nice dealing with a neighborhood hardware store in this age of online and big box stores!!”
“Been using them for years as a local family owned business Also been using them for pool water testing and supplies. Jeremy and all the guys, Brett, Nathaniel, and others are so knowledgeable and help me to the max to keep my pool clean and free of algae. I manage my own pool and they hit it right every time with their analysis of my water, and exactly what to do. They are the best and the whole business is top notch.”

“The prices are right, the service is excellent, and Keith and Heather are two of the best I have ever worked with, I'm a remodeling contractor and I buy from Capital Millwork. I have price checked them several times with other millwork suppliers and their prices are always lower, don't just take my word for it, call around. The best part about working with Capital Millworks is how knowledgeable Keith and Heather are. They are a real resource even for a building contractor with 29 years of experience in the building trades. Emma the receptionist is awesome too, she always has a big smile and a helpful attitude. “I love going in this store, there's tons of different projects I could get lost in, all the folks I've met that work there are awesome people, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Also very polite and courteous. I could spend an absolute fortune in there on tools or exotic woods. Veneers, you name it you can find it. I am willing to bet that if you cannot find it in the store, there's going to be someone who can help you out with what you need. There have been other stores that have wood working classes on site, this store may or may not, I have not personally looked into it. Again though, I'm sure someone will absolutely be able to point you in the direction to get you what you need! Thanks guys!”
“Absolutely love this place! Great staff, great prices and always a quick turnaround on equipment repair. I bring all my Stihl stuff back to them for service every year. Highly recommend. They also sell whatever you need including new and used mowers. I bought my Kombi from them and got a great deal with all my attachments. They service both personal and professional equipment.”
“Read this review- This store is the best Harbor Freight anywhere and one of the most amazing employees in all of retail is Mr. Nick.... This man should write the manual on how to treat customers and the rulebook for service. Now I realize that the customer is not always right and that's not the point. The point is this man really cares about his customers and performs at a level in retail that I have never seen. Actually, this is above and beyond customer service especially in a world now where people just don't care and are phoning in their work. I went to two places yesterday and asked where a simple item was and I thought I was talking to Beavis and Butthead at both stores. Nope, just the new normal. Life is hard and everybody is on a mission or has an agenda. So when I go to a place of business. I am only hoping to get what I pay for and some sort of service. Mr. Nick is a solve problem solver! From the words of a famous person, love them or hate him, " if you're not part of the solution, then you're part of the problem"~Elon Musk. If anybody from Harbor Freight corporate reads this. “Went to my local Lowe's to pick up some ceiling and wall paint for a job I am doing in my neighborhood, the staff at the painting counter were very courteous and gave me a few very helpful hints for what I was doing and the price of the product was very competitive I was able to complete my small job at the price I had quoted thank you Lowe's???”
“They have a pretty good selection of doors, windows, some bathroom components, and A/C units. I will say they are on the affordable side, and the service is pretty good, too.”

“I had problems with the home depot on gulf to bay with renting a truck. I was about to give up but gave this location a call and David answered. He was very helpful and kind unlike the gulf to bay location . I was extremely frustrated and David made it all seem so simple which I thought it would be and it was.. the other store just could careless. “It was good just miss the person al cashiers to help and possibly answer questions on items you are purchasing. Self checkout does none of it and does not give me a personal connection with the establishment.”
“Average local Lowe's. Beautiful garden center, shelves were stocked, employees are nearby and available if you need help with anything, short checkout line wait. The parking lot is huge and packed on the weekends, so drive carefully.
Overall, my visit was an average, decent experience!

“Especially with the loss of the amazing hardware that we used to get at the good old store called Sears, this place is even more needed. The other great part about this is it's almost like walking into an old local hardware store, because basically it is! The staff is very friendly and helpful for the most part, I've never had a problem with anyone. Everyone's usually very happy and it seems like they enjoy their job there. Probably in this economy they're just happy to have a job too.”
