I really wanted to test before purchasing, but I was nervous that a sales person may try to sell me one out my price range. I was greeted by Randal when I walked in. I showed him what I was looking at online, and he immediately pulled them out for me to try. I chose the one that felt best, and he helped me pick the right mattress cover. He quickly processed the transaction, gave me instructions on unboxing/wrapping, and helped load it into my vehicle. 5 stars for Randal, I love that he listened to what I wanted and made it happen quickly.”

“I like Famous Tate. If you are looking for kitchen appliances, I would recommend checking it out. The customer service was great compared to the large box store's were you can't get help or find a salesperson willing to help you. Famous Tate also has a price match for up to 30 days. The prices are very similar compared to all other appliance stores. The one factor that made me choose Famous Tate was their customer service. Brian was great!!”

“It's about 2 weeks since I received my new mattress. It's wonderful, I sleep better I don't wake up with a backache. what I love the most is how it's made. The old fashion way when things lasted for years. The othe thing is I can flip the mattress, something you can not do with today's mattresses. I got the opportunity to watch them make the my mattress. I highly recommend if you want a good mattress that last a long time go to the original mattress factory. Also the delivery guys took great care were friendly and considerate.”
