Went in to get a new phone and had an amazing experience. I'm not very tech savvy, but Joe was very friendly and transferred all my photos and contacts to the new phone which took at least 15 minutes. Joe was very responsive to all my questions and left me with a very positive experience. Thanks for the help Joe.
