“My visit to the boost Mobile store was not only pleasant productive it was cost-effective! Alex show me some phone models and we determined together the right course of action for me for today I purchased a new glass for my phone and other necessary items. He went out of his way to make sure my phone was working properly before I left the store. Very professional and informative thanks again Alex for your help.”

“Best Verizon new phone purchase experience EVER. Been with Verizon for over 30 years. I’ve spent many hours in stores getting repairs, new phones etc, walked in on a Sunday to Russell Verizon Dunedin and Vaugn was working. He immediately got to work on helping me buy the phone I wanted. Charged me less than I thought I would have to pay after trade in etc and it was seriously the easiest seamless experience. No waiting lines. No being ignored by several employees. Vaugn was great. Explained all the steps. Left my phone there for a little over an hour to upload on new phone and felt comfortable and happy when I left with my new brand new updated phone. I will be back in the future when I need help again. Thanks Vaugn!!”

“Awesome experience with associate Weal who took great care of my returning my equipment Very patient with me Unfortunately when we cancel our service instead of canceling us they upgraded and continue to charge me for service I no longer have with T-Mobile what a bunch of mess. Very disappointing. Phone rep said we have to go into a store to fix the issue 😡”
