I’ve spent many hours in stores getting repairs, new phones etc, walked in on a Sunday to Russell Verizon Dunedin and Vaugn was working. He immediately got to work on helping me buy the phone I wanted. Charged me less than I thought I would have to pay after trade in etc and it was seriously the easiest seamless experience. No waiting lines. No being ignored by several employees. Vaugn was great. Explained all the steps.
