“My mom realized today that she had given the 2nd cat carrier away when she sent her foster kitty to its forever home. But she has to evacuate tomorrow with two cats. I called DPS and got Josh. OMG. So helpful, kind, let me buy the cat carrier over the phone, had me google it first to make sure it would fit the "panther" named Willy my mom calls a cat. And then he delivered it to her door.
