“My dog drank too much water at the beach while we were visiting and got straight liquid poo all over her butt hair. My hotel doesn’t have a hose and the 3 dog parks I stopped at had their dog wash stations closed. I pulled in with a hope and a prayer that someone could help me and Adrian (I think was his name) and the head groomer saved the day. After butt wipes didn’t work they hosed my girl Lavender off and took great care of her even though it was closing time. I’m so grateful. Not just for help with the smell and the mess but for their kindness and generosity. We come to the area often and will be back for more treats and toys. Thank you for helping me and my fur baby!”
“Can I just start by saying how amazing customer service was!! She helped with everything from cycling the tank to keeping the axolotl healthy, She is very fast responding and all of her axolotls looked very healthy, Her cycle guide on her website was amazing it walked me through how to do everything, From adding ammonia in the beginning to the last test at the end. Me and my mochi are very happy with the help and service she has provided. Thank you so much. If you buy a axolotl I recommend West Flordia exotics.”
“Michelle, the Groomer is amazing. Have been taking my Chihuahua to her for 15 years. All of the employees are very helpful definitely a full service pet store. They even help you carry your supplies to the car if needed they ask you, you don’t have to ask.. Great spot!”

“Update: After contacting corporate the issue was resolved satisfactorily.
This store will not take returns on unopened flea medicine purchased in this store. Nowhere is this policy listed. Total scam! The worst customer service! Manager acted like she didn't care one bit. Ask before purchasing anything from these people.”
“Tinkerbell my 7 year old Chiggy loves her CBD chews from this small local business! I love supporting them because they seem to know many of their returning customers! I would rather support small business than any big corporation where me and my dog become just another Transaction and payment for them. They have also helped me with products when I was dog sitting and the pup was having accidents. Very knowledgeable!”

“The girl who works here with glasses, I believe her name is Kendall. If she is not already, please make this woman the manager, or give her a raise. She is phenomenal helped us with everything and educated us on things we didn’t know my son loved all the information she shared with us, and it was truly an exceptional visit to Petco. Thanks for the info and making us feel right at home. We love our local Petco and all the workers!! But special shout out to Kendall for going above and beyond!”
“We have a large Rodeision Ridgeback and Pets Smart Plus had a small woman who could not clip her nails. But Petsmart groomers didn't turn us down. They were great and took her right away. Thank you.”
