I have been working out at Rock Solid Fitness for about nine months. Two or three years ago I was in great shape, but then COVID hit, the gyms closed and I got fat and way out of shape. Fortunately for me, I met Patty, the owner of Rock Solid Fitness and I decided to try to reconstitute my former capabilities. Well, it worked. I am MUCH stronger than I was pre COVID and looking better than before. This is not a program for those who just show up and pretend to work out. No, that is a waste of time and money. This is for real. The excellent trainers at Rock Solid will encourage (require) you to achieve your best and it works. A year ago I had an X-ray of my left shoulder because it ached all the time. It turned out there was no cartilage, bone on bone in the shoulder joint. But now, nine months later, I am pulling, pushing and lifting substantial weights with both arms, pain free (Also abs, back, chest, legs, et al). And by the way, I just turned 71 years old and I am talking SUBSTANTIAL resistance weights. So, for anyone who wants to get in great shape quickly, this is the place to be.

I love Rock Solid! All of the trainers are great and push you as hard as you want to be pushed. What I love most is that you are in and out in 30 minutes and don’t waste time with cardio which I can do on my own. It’s 30 minutes of weights / strength training.

Rock Solid is simply the best! I am a long time client, training with them for more than 7 years. The coaches are not only very knowledgeable, educated professionals, but also they are also great motivators and teachers. The personalized approach is second to none. If you have an issue or injury - they will get you back in shape and stronger in no time. I owe my strength and continued good health to the great team at Rock Solid.

I started at rock Solid because I had a few falls and was hoping to get back some strength and balance. All of the trainers are wonderful! I haven’t had a fall since going and it is about a year and a half since I started. In addition, I had a hip replacement, and they were able to take me through that delicate time as well. Very caring and knowledgeable staff who work on your goals with you! Highly recommend.

I have been going to Rock Solid for 2 years. Rock Solid is rock solid! Patty Durrell and her team are excellent! I feel so strong and confident and know they support and guide me to push to progress in a safe environment with proper training form. It was my first experience with Matt - he was fantastic! Hard but motivating! I have worked out for decades but truly feel the strongest and fittest ever thanks to this personalized training. And focus on form and safety.

Rock Solid Fitness helped me get through two hip surgeries. Their guidance made it safe for me to workout right until the day before surgery, and then got me back at it as soon as my doctor approved. They have a post-surgery protocol that ensures I continue to strengthen my body without risk of injury. I'm so grateful for their expertise!

Have been going to Rock Solid for almost 2 years now, and it is among the best decisions I've made. The trainers here are engaged in helping you lift well and can teach you how to get stronger and healthier. I honestly thought I'd made a review here before, but I'm glad to say they deserve a 5/5 rating at any point.

I have trained with the team at Rock Solid for a year and a half now. I can honestly say that I am stronger than I have ever been in my life and am so happy with the results I get from my training. I have never had a problem doing cardio exercise but could never get consistent with weight training… I couldn’t give three hours a week on top of my time doing cardio. When I found out that I could get better strength results in under an hour per week than I have in my whole life… I was sold! all of the coaches at Rock Solid are incredibly motivating, and they train me to my individual style… They know how to speak to me when I’m close to failure they know how to get extra effort from me. I love that they measure my results and the entire team knows what I’m going through as it relates to my fitness and my training! They are knowledgeable if I am working with an injury, they are sensitive when I have things going on in life, but they help me keep my promise to myself to make my fitness a priority. I am so grateful to have them as partners!

I joined Rock Solid Fitness a little over a year ago. I can honestly say I look forward to my workouts for the first time in my life. The coaches here are very supportive with whatever your personal goal may be. Not only am I in better shape and stronger than I have ever been I also feel a great sense of accomplishment.

I've been training at Rock Solid for about 5 months and am so happy with my results so far. As someone who is usually training for half and full marathons, I've always found it difficult to fit strength training in with my run schedule. At Rock Solid I get all of the strength training I need in two 30 minute sessions a week, it's super easy to fit into my schedule. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and make sure each exercise is performed correctly, which means a lot for someone injury prone like me. I've definitely noticed a difference in my running performance and in my health in general. Thank you Patty, Nino, and the Rock Solid staff!

Rock Solid changed my life in many ways. It's made me be able to make working out a habit. I love this place so much I drive from South Tampa. It's the formula that works: exceptional experience in service combined with unbelievable results and progress toward personal outcomes. I am so proud to be a member of Rock Solid and I tell everyone about it. Who would have thought that 25 min 2x a week could get me to leg pressing over 375 lbs?? NOT ME! So, is it worth it? Absolutely. There is nothing better.Recently I suffered a full ACL and partial meniscus tear. Because I have been working out with Rock Solid, my recovery time has been 2x as fast as what's expected. Rock Solid saved my left leg and my sanity!!

I have been going to Rock Solid Fitness in Dunedin for two years and love it. When they say one on one training it is exactly that. Your own personal trainer, that pushes you. They keep a log of your weights and progress each time to keep you on track and educate you on working out, and give health tips. Friendly and supportive staff.
