Best bank i have ever used. The branch manager Mr. Santiago is extremely professional and efficient. I am so happy i bank here.. also, as a bonus, everything is purple!!

My fiancé is a member of Truist and has been for years. He and I went in today (Saturday) to ask a few questions about a new account. They did not have an accessible sign in sheet so we sat down in the lounge area to wait for assistance and remained visible to the woman assisting a customer at her desk. We were there for over a half hour and not greeted, acknowledged or at least told someone will be with you next. An elderly woman came in after us and the woman at her desk let her know that she would assist her. This was not a good experience at this branch and we left. Please do better. Greet all customers and treat them with respect.

Very impressed with their attention to customer service. It is obvious that their desire to help customers is intentional and genuine. A special thanks to Phyllis and Luis for their advice and help in securing a loan for some home renovation projects. Glad to call this my neighborhood bank.

I went inside the bank today, something I rarely do, and I was truly impressed with the service! Ask for LUIS anytime you need things DONE! I've never been genuinely listened to about all my concerns, Luis was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He saved me from a potential fraud and made sure to resolve my problem with urgency and efficiency. The rest of the team were also incredibly helpful and all have positive attitudes.

Great neighborhood Bank! Professional from the top down. I've been in business 30 years and have used numerous banks in the area. It's like walking into the TV show Cheers bar. Luis Santiago went above and beyond during the pandemic when I was having a very difficult time with my funding from the government. Ken Schumann Dunedin's Dry Cleaner.

This bank has the the most lazy staff. I came here on a Saturday and window clerks won't make a decision. I am now third in line to talk to the manager on duty. Meanwhile no line at windows. Go to Chase the best customer service in the business.

I started a business account with the Truist Bank of Dunedin on Broadway. Luis helped me get everything set up and was very thorough to make sure to explain everything to me. I had an issue a couple days later when I messed up trying to do a transfer and he calmed down my frustration and helped me finish the transfer. Everyone in the branch have been so nice to me. I definitely recommend them.
