Anthony assisted me and gave me an unbeatable price and he was also confident he could match the paint color. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car. AND to make it even better he said the paint did not need to be blended in the bumper part so the original quote is now cheaper. It's so hard to find a body shop that's honest, has great customer service and takes pride in their work. The car was also done a day earlier then expected!! “On June 9, 2026 I took my car into this local car repair shop to try to solve an elusive problem with my car’s charging system. I had already installed a new battery and alternator but was still experiencing slow cranking.
From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the smiling face of Liz at the front desk, I felt comfortable. This business is clean and well organized. While I was explaining the problem to Liz, I noticed a guy sitting at a desk in the adjacent office. He asked me to come in and talk. Wayne is the manager of the repair shop and had a firm handshake. That’s important to me because I’m old school. Long story short, they diagnosed the issue quickly. It was the starter! Just a few hours later I was back on the road again.

“Post Helene, we needed to tow our inoperable SUV (due to surge damage) to the dealer for an assessment. Our covered parking spot was a tight space in which to maneuver, and we needed a quick response time. Ty was excellent to work with, ensuring that the tow truck he brought out would be compact and he expertly maneuvered in tight spaces. He was extremely careful with the SUV. He was transparent in the challenges and costs, and very reasonably priced under the circumstances. He was professional and his invoices and receipts satisfied our auto insurer for reimbursement. We would not hesitate to recommend this towing service.”

“I broke down last week ,hottest day of the year so far. Sal called a tow truck and let them know it was an older disabled man stuck in the sun. It took just long enough for me to eat the meal I picked up 2 blocks before I broke down. When I picked up the car the man who had spoken to me about the car wasbon a test drive . He called and we spoke about an issue I needed to keep an eye on ,even though it is not a repair they do . I was very pleased ,you can trust these folks to take care of you. .
PS the tow truck driver was very kind as well

I was away in NC and could not be at my car in Pinellas Park when he picked it up. He was able to take my car out of a locked storage area and tow it to a municiple parking structure in Clearwater, parking it on the top level of the garage. Several phone calls were necessary between us and everytime we spoke Rick was cheerful and completely service-minded. What a class-act!”

“I don’t think there’s too many people that like dealing with Tow Truck companies, but with situation I must give CREDIT WHEN IT’S DUE! My vehicle was left overnight becauseI had flat tire, I advise the Property manager about my situation and he wrote on a business card “do not tow” and signed his name.I tapped it on the window, but it more than likely lost the adhesive since it’s only 102 degrees outside in Tampa.The next day, I come back with a Jack and spare tire to find out my truck has been towed.I called and spoke with a customer service rep. he was very respectful. He advised me the manager on dutyMr. David would be calling me. Within 20 minutes he did!He was humane and did not act systematic by any means. I have him a brief description of what happened, Without hesitation he offered to bring back my truck with no charge! Thank you for being courteous, respectful and humane! 5+ STARS for this awesome manager!”

“I needed towing due to starting issues on my 2018 VW Beetle. Towing pickup was very fast and AAA afiliated with Pfeifer Auto which was nearby. I was pleased with their consistent communication concerning the car's status starting with Sean who explained everything in detail. Victoria also helped in checking for vehicle warranties where I could save some money. They gave me a 10% discount on repairs through AAA.
I can recommend them highly due to great customer service!”
