“My experience with this branch has already been top of the line. Today really sealed the 5 stars for me. I want to commend Mr. Charles for 1st of all his professionalism, knowledge and kindness and his understanding and remembering how for students the bank is new and kinda scary if you have never been in that type of place before much less learning how to start checking accounts and how banks work. I brought my son in today to open his 1st account. He is still underage we will be sharing the account. Mr Charles talked to him respectfully, answered any questions he had taking his time explaining how accounts work. I appreciate he spoke to my son and not thru him. So thank you.”

“The manager Houston is so attentive and helpful it’s always a pleasure to come here , i opened an account when i moved almost 2 years ago , after going to other banks that had issue with new address , they had no problems opening my account and everyone there has been helpful . Today we open my teens first account , Brandie was amazing and even we were there so late she made us feel appreciated and was extremely courteous, another great visit , Thank you all for the great job”

“This Branch is very convient for me. My only complaint , branch is not able to issue a new debt card. By phone I called to question a charge. The women on the other end, in a heart beat canceled my debt card, telling me a new one will be sent to you. It has been approx. 2 weeks no new card. If I had the power I would fire or demote that person. Give her a broom and dust pan. Also I have direct deposit.”
