I want to commend Mr. Charles for 1st of all his professionalism, knowledge and kindness and his understanding and remembering how for students the bank is new and kinda scary if you have never been in that type of place before much less learning how to start checking accounts and how banks work. I brought my son in today to open his 1st account. He is still underage we will be sharing the account. “The manager Houston is so attentive and helpful it’s always a pleasure to come here , i opened an account when i moved almost 2 years ago , after going to other banks that had issue with new address , they had no problems opening my account and everyone there has been helpful .
