“I was walking out of the store today and as I hit the outside, I dropped one of my grocery bags and cracked open the jar of Goober. Right behind me was Courtney, I'm assuming in management, and she saw what happened and brought me back in the store and replaced the product. She definitely didn't have to because it was all my fault. You never know what someone is going through in that moment and all I can say is I've gone through it lately and she just made my day.
