“Michelle and Tara were wonderful as we struggled through the 5ish hours on August 5th. Service was amazing and in-depth and I’ve never felt more supported swapping phones and plans.”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Jason D at the AT&T store in Dunnellon, Florida for providing such outstanding customer service It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Jason is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers feel valued and taken care of. Customer service like this deserves recognition! AT&T is extremely fortunate to have an employee like Jason representing their company. Employees who truly care about their customers make all the difference. Thank you, Jason for making my experience and my sons such a positive one. He is super happy with his new phone and thank you for recommending the Mexican Resturant at the same plaza it was delicious .I hope AT&T management recognizes what an asset you are to their team.
