They have great listening and customer service skills!After a bad experience at the NW 110th Avenue store where the phone had been jerked out of my hand before i could even explain what the issue was and I had been called a liar, and treated like an idiot, I went back to the Silver Springs Blvd store even though its a 45 minute drive.I explained that my keyboard had been crashing, that the browser had been crashing and that I had suddenly found under the blue messages (which I never use), that somehow I had 3 contacts there. 2 email contacts from someone from 10 years ago and one phone contact from a landline phone call that I had made almost 2 years ago, in another city, before I got my phone!Customer care suggested that I get a new sim card because it sounded like I had been hacked.So, Tori agreed.When I told her I had clicked on an ad for bed bath & beyond, but I backed out of it because it didn't lead to their site and Reddit said it was malware, she suggested I get a newer phone and I agreed.Hubby got us both new phones.I will never go to the 110th ave store again.And Dee was great with another customer who had had his plan switched at another store. He had been to several locations trying to get someone to fix the situation.Dee got it fixed for him.Tori and Dee make a great team! Give them raises!”

I had to take what was offered and then had to turn around and go back in once the guy set it up to pay more money to get the part to plug in to the charging cord and into a 110 outlet to charge the phone and he said that they don't sell them that way anymore you have to buy them separate it's all about the money it's all about the business customer care isn't the greatest I didn't have my internet for quite a while I had to go back again and I didn't notice right off that the case that I paid for and the screen protector was not put on well and the case had already had a crack in it but that doesn't make any difference it's still protects the phone it took me forever of contacting Samsung and the Boost mobile carrier can just get my voicemail setup ????Another reason why I hate Samsung phones on a Motorola or an LG.....YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING WITH EASE ???SORRY SAMSUNG BUT YOU'RE READY TO BOTTOM OF MY LIST OF PHONES AND COMPUTERS AND TABLETS AND ANYTHING ELSE ELECTRONIC ESPECIALLY APPLIANCES ??????”
