“Wow!! What a pleasant experience opening a checking account! I tried to do it online but I am old. Fortunately for me they allowed me to go to brick and mortar bank to get the bonus money for direct deposits. I chose the Dunnellon branch and was told by teller to see the manager. Her name was Karla Henry and she assisted me with her knowledge of the different checking accounts, procedures to obtain bonus along with being very friendly, courteous, efficient (other person helped with some copies) and very professional. I ended up also opening a Money Market account as well. She assured me that even though the offer was an online offer that she would make sure I received it. Which I did after the 90 day period.
I will continue to recommend and do business with Truist as long as people like Karla continue to go over and above not just for me, but all their clients.
Nevertheless, I wish to thank Karla and everyone at the branch for their wonderful service and would recommend them to any and all.

“My experience with this branch has already been top of the line. Today really sealed the 5 stars for me. I want to commend Mr. Charles for 1st of all his professionalism, knowledge and kindness and his understanding and remembering how for students the bank is new and kinda scary if you have never been in that type of place before much less learning how to start checking accounts and how banks work. I brought my son in today to open his 1st account. He is still underage we will be sharing the account. Mr Charles talked to him respectfully, answered any questions he had taking his time explaining how accounts work. I appreciate he spoke to my son and not thru him. So thank you.”
