This bank should close immediately. Absolutely the poorest customer service that I have ever encountered. Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting, only to be told that the teller would be helping inside customers first. Through the window I could detect that they were not happy as well. Close the drive thru, hire more tellers or leave this community.

I made appt for loan. Went in and discussed need for loan, for new HVAC system. Heidi was very knowledgeable and experience was 5 stars. There were no surprises.

Called this branch at 4pm....asked about opening an account with a substantial check drawn of truist, was told to come in....I arrive at 430 and I'm told account opening is by appointment only......so I missed my opportunity to drive to my bank in ocala ......truist will NEVER get my business again....

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Truist Bank and Karla Henry, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. The branch manager displayed a shocking level of incompetence and rudeness that I’ve never encountered in any service industry. Moreover, the bankers seemed poorly trained, incapable of providing basic financial advice, and were generally unhelpful. This bank’s lack of professionalism and customer service is a disgrace, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your financial needs.

They try to lure you in with a $400 sign up bonus that is so restrictive many don't receive it.. Customer service could care less about any issues, if you can manage to get through, they are rude and condescending.Took me 3 months to switch back to my old bank and glad to be rid of this ultra conservative institution. Not giving any loans, credit cards, etc even with an almost 800 score. Stay away!

Both bankers Teri and Heidi are very committed to customer service. They are knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They take the time to listen and offer impeccable advice. I always walk away knowing I’ve had the best service available. The tellers are amazing as well. The staff at this branch really has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. My most recent visit which was unannounced without an appointment because time didn’t necessitate an appointment - Heidi postponed her lunch to help me. This is a great branch.

Ill neva bank with this bank again.. i did a mobile check deposit (cashiers check from bank of America) and next day my account was flagged and closed down.. no warning no phone call.. makes u wonder why they changed there name from sun trust to truist... (beaware of the non professional work they do at this bank)

Unbelievable start a new job that uses truist formerly SunTrust and they charge me 8 dollars to cash my payroll because I don't use them as my personal bank. Hwy robbery, knowing that I wouldn't bank with them
