“Signed up from home and paid very easy. Then we loaded up and drove to the office went inside met Juan he was very kind explained everything to us . He then gave us his card and then he took his golf cart followed us to make sure our secret number worked in the gate! Worked perfectly! Then he got in front of us to take us to the rental unit. My husband and I realized we did not bring a lock, Juan assured us that he had them back at the office and we asked if we could buy one and he so kindly went back out a lock on our credit card, while we unloaded then he came back with lock and receipt! Our whole experience was Awesome! Thank you all so much !”

He answered all my questions and made the whole process really easy. I honestly got way more than I expected. Great customer service from start to finish. Definitely appreciate all his help!”

“I've rented a unit with them before and the current rental process reinforces my good opinion of them. They saw me struggling with a walker and met me at the office door. Without being asked they rearranged furniture to make it easier for me to be seated. I rented a 10x10 environmentally controlled inside unit. The units are clean and free of dust.”
“The 2 ladies that helped us, were top notch. Friendly, professional and gave very useful tips and info. Can't say enough good about them. Terrific asset for the company. Great first exposure to Century Storage.”

“My new favorite place to deliver. They have twins that unload your truck like they're teleporting. We have to show appreciation to the facilities that get us in and out.”
“I came into the store Mrs. Loreen was phenomenal! She gave me great advice on the istorage website and showed me around to view the different types of storage options. Great experience?”

“Great place for storage, its a small location so not a huge facility, there is no climate controlled units, so mainly good for non perishable items. Super nice owners as well”

“Timing is Everything. End of August, 2025, we closed our Two Crazy Nuts Ice Cream Shoppe in Bartow. Simply Storage had only one available unit for rent. Talk about perfect, minutes from our store.
Thank you Trish for an awesome experience. Today, we moved our equipment to our new manufacturing location in Winter Haven. ❤ 😍”

“I have been with Store 4 Less for a year now and the price is great. The people are fantastic and your belongings are safe. I really like this place. I feel, that my things are safe at Store 4 Less.”
“I've had storage units consistently for the last 15 years. My experience at Winter Haven Storage has by far been the best. Excellent secure facility, convenient payment, and great customer service.”
“Ordered a trailer rental for pickup to help my daughter move. Everything went smooth with one exception when returning with the trailer the parking lot is very small and not conducive to trailer parking. As someone that pulls a trailer regularly I navigated it with minimal effort but as a place that rents trailers to anyone with a drivers license a circle drive would benefit them tremendously. Otherwise we had a great experience staff was friendly professional helpful and prompt.”
